Founder/CEO

Mark Swiderski is a certified project manager (PMP) with more than 30 years of business experience and 20 years of practice in helping companies achieve their goals through the skills of people, improved methods and helping others growing their capabilities. He has led or participated in teams that have delivered more than $1B in project scope in a wide variety of industries and job functions. His company delivers customer results by first taking the time up front to understand the challenges that the organization faces and deliver solutions that produce results that fit their culture and state of readiness.

Praxilient is constantly seeking ways to streamline methods and remove the hurdles to performance by engaging executives, business leaders and practitioners in a way that is appropriate to their role and aids in developing their capabilities. Their unique approaches to work life has helped non-profits, large corporations, small companies, and individuals perform better. Mark Swiderski’s company provides the largest certified base of project managers in Northern Wisconsin and their staff has provided training to more than 10,000 people in the areas of project management, leadership, and team performance.

When not developing a model on a dry erase board or idea mapping tool, Mark enjoys travel anywhere, cooking on the weekends and time with his family. Mark is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Gideon’s International and Calvary Bible Church. He is currently the Regional Mentor for the PMI chapters in North Central North America. In this role he serves PMI chapters and their leadership in vibrant upper Midwest of North America and Canada. He is a husband of 23 years (Julia, I hope I have the number right), father of 3 (Britta, Anders, and Jorgen, yes Swedish names, long story) and the servant to two cats (those who have cats know what I am talking about).
